New type of dynamic ceramic membrane for solid-liquid separation
Concentrated filtration equipment is a new type of membrane filtration device that can reduce membrane fouling by dynamically operating membrane components. Structurally speaking, it is achieved by driving a disc fixed on a rotatable hollow shaft to rotate, forming a certain membrane surface velocity on the membrane surface through centrifugal motion to achieve filtration. The centrifugal force, hydraulic shear force and strong turbulence of filtrate generated by the rotating movement can effectively remove the filter layer on the membrane surface, eliminate the extreme concentration difference on the membrane surface, reduce the pollution of salt deposits, scaling, gel layer and organic matter, greatly extend the chemical cleaning cycle of the membrane, and the system does not need high flow and high pressure, which greatly saves energy consumption.
