1、 Equipment usage

1. High equipment efficiency: integrating multifunctional extraction, vacuum concentration, and organic solvent recovery, it can perform hot reflux cycle extraction, concentration, conventional extraction, concentration, water precipitation, alcohol precipitation and other operations, simplifying the operating procedures and completing the production processes of extraction, filtration, concentration, and essential oil condensation in one step, greatly saving raw materials and working time. The work efficiency is improved by 20% to 35% compared to general multifunctional extraction equipment
2. High conversion rate of raw materials: During the extraction process, hot solvents (such as water or alcohol) are continuously added to the raw materials, and the active ingredients in the medicinal materials are continuously dissolved through the layer from top to bottom. Increase the effective ingredients in the original drug solution by more than twice compared to regular extraction
3. Concentrate at room temperature to reduce the loss of ethanol during the concentration process. The ethanol recovery rate can reach 95%, and the purity is high, which can be reused, saving costs and reducing the generation of waste liquid.
