The pore size and material selection range of ultrafiltration membranes are wide, and can be analyzed and selected according to specific products.

(3) Concentrating membranes can effectively retain indicator components, remove solvents, and achieve the purpose of concentration; The concentrated water is colorless, clear and transparent, and can be directly extracted, reused or discharged, saving water resources and reducing environmental pressure.

(4) Membrane concentration is a type of room temperature concentration that can reduce the loss of active ingredients caused by high temperature decomposition, ensuring product yield while saving a lot of steam and reducing energy consumption;

(5) If high-temperature resistant membrane concentration is used, if the extraction liquid temperature is 70 ℃, the membrane concentration effluent will still be 70 ℃, and high-temperature reuse reduces the steam required for extraction heating;

(6) The membrane concentration process is closed, and if ethanol is used as the extraction solvent, it can reduce the loss of ethanol and save the cost investment caused by ethanol loss.
