Bone peptide concentration equipment
Bone soup/bone extract contains abundant protein components (hydrolyzed into bone peptides), which can be used as a food additive after filtration and concentration. Currently, it has been widely used in the fields of food and health products. In general, raw materials such as pig bones, cow bones, sheep bones, chicken bones, and fish bones are crushed and steamed. After initial precipitation/centrifugation, the steamed bone soup can obtain a milky white bone soup solution (obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis to obtain bone peptide solution). Traditional bone soup solutions require multi-stage centrifugation to remove oil and impurities, and the resulting filtrate is a turbid liquid that is not clear enough. The centrifugal process has high energy consumption, is labor-intensive, and is not easy to achieve automation.

We have developed an integrated process of membrane filtration and membrane concentration to replace traditional processes. Firstly, we use membrane filtration technology to pre treat the bone broth, remove impurities such as colloids, oils, and bone slag, and retain most of the effective ingredients such as proteins in the bone broth. Then, we send the filtrate to the membrane concentration equipment for concentration. The bone broth can be concentrated to more than 10 times its original concentration, with a protein content of over 40%. Our company has optimized the selection of membrane cores for membrane concentration equipment, doubled the concentration speed, and achieved an automated process for bone soup filtration and concentration, effectively reducing the energy consumption cost of concentration.
