Chemical and Petrochemical Industry Applications
membrane catalytic reaction
In petrochemical and chemical production, catalysts are widely used, and it is generally necessary to separate the products and catalysts after the reaction. Inorganic ceramic membranes have excellent heat resistance, chemical solvent resistance, and good mechanical strength, and have shown outstanding advantages in petrochemical and chemical production. They have been applied in multiple enterprises.
Unlike traditional settling, plate and frame filtration, and centrifugal separation, ceramic membranes mainly use cross flow filtration in catalytic solid-liquid separation. The separated liquid needs to be continuously circulated on the circulation side, and the membrane surface can trap the catalyst while allowing the reaction products to permeate through the membrane pores. Due to the parallel flow of fluid to the surface of the filter medium, the filtration resistance is greatly reduced, allowing for a higher permeate flux to be maintained at lower pressures and enabling continuous filtration operations for longer periods of time.
FEATURES
1) Ceramic film is resistant to high temperature, high pressure, acid and alkali, and solvents
2) Coupling ceramic membrane with reactor to fully improve the efficiency of the reactor
3) Ceramic membrane has high separation accuracy and can separate nanoscale catalysts
The membrane process has high separation accuracy, which helps to improve the quality of target products and achieve technological innovation and clean production in the chemical industry. Widely used in processes such as chlor alkali chemical brine refining, petrochemical membrane catalytic reactions, coal chemical oil-water separation, and fine chemical product purification.
