The treatment principle of this unit is to drive the water in the wastewater through the reverse osmosis membrane under pressure to become reusable water, while the impermeable salt and a small amount of organic matter remain in the concentrated solution. In order to reduce the processing pressure of the reverse osmosis unit, an ultrafiltration unit was added before the reverse osmosis treatment. Ultrafiltration can intercept particles and impurities of 0.002-0.1 microns, effectively blocking colloids, proteins, microorganisms, and large organic molecules. In order to prevent impurities in wastewater from contaminating membrane components and affecting the stable operation of the system and the service life of membrane components, effective pretreatment of the influent is necessary. Therefore, the processing system has added pre-treatment units such as sand filters, activated carbon adsorbers, laminated filters, and security filters, and appropriately added scale inhibitors, disinfectants, and chlorine removers. The concentrated solution that cannot pass through the reverse osmosis unit will enter the ion exchange system, and the desalinated water will be reused on the production line.
