Membrane separation technology for extracting colistin sulfate
Sulfate colistin, also known as sulfate colistin, is produced by polymyxa and has strong antibacterial effects on Gram negative bacteria. It is used to treat intestinal diseases caused by Gram negative bacteria, as a feed additive, and has a significant growth promoting effect; It is also effective against Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections (sepsis, urinary tract infections, burn or wound infections). In recent years, the extraction of antibiotics has become one of the key areas for promoting membrane separation technology. After pretreatment of the sulfuric acid colistin fermentation broth using a combination membrane system and a fermentation broth softening system, the high valence alkaline compound of sulfuric acid colistin is utilized. Continuous ion exchange is carried out using methyl methacrylate or acrylic acid based resin, and sulfuric acid is used for analysis to obtain the product sulfuric acid colistin.
